About Tracey Fowler

Tracey is an independent consultant and founder of Tracey Fowler Consulting. After representing the SACSC (South African Council of Shopping Centres) in her capacity as General Manager, she finally pursued her ultimate passion – People! An outstanding track record of 22 years of positively influencing the development of people and the support from colleagues and peers has made this the inevitable choice. As a result of her involvement in all-encompassing facets of the retail and property industry, Tracey has combined her knowledge and expertise with her passion for people, to create fundamental tools and practices, ensuring long-term accountability, motivation and self-management.

Tracey’s positive reinforcement of skills, competencies and confidence, successfully encourages people to be fully responsible for their own decisions and actions, to acknowledge the importance and interdependence of their personal and professional objectives, and to be accountable for their own results. Her technique of carefully observing, questioning and crucial discussion ensures a deeper understanding of any barriers or challenges, subsequently triggering a fresh approach by facilitating improved thinking and change of attitude. Tracey’s enthusiasm for people development and practical approach has ensured a substantial value contribution to many leading organisations.

While Tracey Fowler Consulting focuses predominantly on coaching, facilitation, key-note speaking and personal development of people in the business and private sector, she maintains her involvement in the South African Retail and Property Development Industry as a Director of the South African Council of Shopping Centres. She continues to judge for both the Foot Print Marketing Awards and the Special Star Retailer Awards (SACSC). She is a guest lecturer for the Fundamentals of Shopping Centre Marketing in collaboration with the University of Pretoria and also served on the Gauteng executive committee for COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa). Subsequent to expanding her service into Africa, Tracey is currently involved in the resurgence of BWIA (Business Women into Africa) and is regularly invited to share her passion and expertise with this emerging market, through coaching and training workshops.

About Chrissy

Just to give a little information about myself, 53 years old, live busy chatty person, very 'into' the gym and my girlfriends oh and coffee and chatting, like to be healthy but LOVE cake so I have found a way to balance that and stay at a healthy 58-60 kgs. I used to be 70 ! I can help you find what works for you, so that you can lose weight but more importantly keep it off and be healthier, one size does Not fit all so remember that, not a diet. A new life style approach. I will walk it with you on a daily basis, via support, push a little, remind a little, yes we all know it but doing it is the key. I will meet up with you and get the face to face feel of you then we start. Engage head and off we go, it really is all in the mind, once that clicks the journey starts.
